1. What fandoms are you in? 
Oh, lord. Mostly anime/manga. The fandoms I'm currently active in includes: xxxHolic, One Piece, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, Petshop of Horrors, Naruto, and Bleach. Especially One Piece and xxxHolic -- those two own my soul. I'm really in to Kingdom Hearts, and I'm getting in to Supernatural (damn, Dean is hot).

2. What are you studying, if anything at all?
A nurse! I'm a sophmore at  my local college, so I have a couple more years to go. D: I hate school, but I hate working even more. So I'm enjoying my summer break while I still have one.

3. What other interests and/or hobbies do you have? 
Besides manga and anime, I like video games, music, and writing. I like to talk and laugh, too. It might not seem like a hobby to most, but as much as I talk and laugh it really IS a hobby. >.> I, uh, babble. Frequently. Oh! I also like to watch cartoons. Not anime, but  cartoons like The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Tom and Jerry, and the like.

4. What did you want to become when you were a child? 
That changed every week! Haha, but... I wanted to be a cop, a forensic scientist, a writer, an actor, a librarian, a firemen, and a vet.

5. What are your favourite books?
Books! One of my favorite subjects evar. I really like Terry Pratchett's 'Discworld' series, the 'Dark Tower' series by Stephen King, and 'The Mediator' series by Meg Cabot. The rest of the books would have to be manga, and there's too many books that I love to try and pick my favorite. I HAVE AN ADDICTION, OKAY? *sob*

Huh. Looking back on this, I've just realized:

XD Doesn't sound boring to me! But yeah, books rock. My bedroom is overflowing with books as I speak, but I can't bring myself to read any of the new ones until my sister finishes the last book in the western series I've been reading so I CAN FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS TO SAM!!! I love Sam. He's awesome. ^^ (And 42 with no love life. Poor guy. XD But he has a pet dog named Beauregard!!!)

:D I guess it just seemed boring to me. I don't have a room big enough for all my books, so I have some in my room, and a lot in storage.

So...you're reading a Western series, but the last book is currently being read by your sister. You want to read the last book to find out what happens to Sam? (I don't get the 42 with no love life, thing. >.> Sorry. Ooo, Beauregard! That sounds like a really sophisticated name for a dog).

lol, yeah i think a lot of people find their own life to be boring simply because it's become monotonous to them, yet it's new a fresh for other people.

Anyhow, about Sam. *happy sighs* I love Sam . . . such a good ending. Hehe, I just finished the last book. And I correct myself. He's not 42 years old. He's only 36. XD I'm so bad with numbers! Haha. *cough* Yes, good old Beau even saves Sam's life. ^^ In the end, Sam gets his true love and they live happily ever after. Good stuff.

I adore happy endings. I'm glad he gets his true love and the happily ever after. I've never read a Western book, because I thought they would be boring. What book are you reading? Or were, since you finished the last book.

I'd never read a western either, but these are pretty good. Not exactly thrillers, but I adore the man character, Sam, in case you hadn't gathered. XD They're all mysteries written in the first person. I love the first person. The books I'm reading are by Sigmund Brouwer. There are four in the series called Sam Keaton: Legends of Laramie, and the republished versions of the books are Evening Star, Silver Moon, Sundance, and Thunder Voice.

DEAN IS RATHER HOT, YES. >DD but yeah, i'm in all of those fandoms except for petshop and one piece. i've been thinking of watching them, though, because i hear so much good about them. are there any ghei otp's in those, by any chance? >DD

and BOOKS YAY. i must check out your favourites - i've sort of been should-i-should-i-not about reading the dark tower -series, as well as pratchett's discworld, but i guess i really should read them, just not now - i've got finals coming up next here, so sadly i don't have much time for fiction. D:

DEAN MAKES ME FEEL RATHER WARM. >.> OMG, YOU HAVE TO READ PETSHOP OF HORRORS! The anime is only like 4 episodes long, which so doesn't give the series justice. You'd have to read the manga (I know where you can read the entire series online). The two main character's are both male, and the ghei is pretty much canon. I TELL NO LIES. *nod* XD

One Piece - oh. my. god. I cannot tell you how great this series is. And how amazing the fandom is. The best I can come up with is: adsk;adsiewvkabp. As for teh ghei otp, I'll let you find your own favorite (if you decide to give One Piece a try). There's SO MANY PAIRINGS to choose from. Once you get in to the series a little bit, I'll tell you my OTP. BUT DOOD. If you decide to watch the anime, stick with it. In the beginning the quality is a little...meh. But once you get farther into the series, it gets better. I read the manga first, so I already knew how awesome the series was, so I never gave up on the anime. And some of the characters are hot. (And I'm so, so sorry for going on and on about One Piece, but I just love it so much).

Oo, let me know what you thought about the books if you decide to read some of the ones I mentioned. I hope you like them. Which type of books do you like?

I thought the way I wrote my interests and whatnot was boring. I just...there was nothing funny about it.

Curiosity got the best of me so I googled Petshop of Horrors - wanting to know more about that series. OMG - they sound so canon !! I'm going to hunt down the manga XD

Nah, I'm reading online. Don't think it's gonna be an easy hunt in real life. As I'm writing, I'm on my way through the 7th volume since morning! Oh dear I'm totally hooked!!!

OH, YOU TOO? HE GIDDIFIES PEOPLE. XD LOL Yes, four episodes. The series is from back in 1995 (or around there), so the quality of the anime reflects that. IT IS PRACTICALLY CANON. There's lots of...and...it's just good. I wasn't expecting to like it so much. PLEASE DO READ. And tell me what you think!

Ohh yeah. Lots of OTPs...most people actually have more than one for that series. I-I don't actually have much fanfiction except for my two OTPs for that series, so depending on who you settle on (that's if you even like the series), I might not be able to help you fanfiction-wise. CRACKY IS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE IT. *nodnod* Oh, the crack. So good. If you youtube "One Piece funny moments" you'll find a lot of cool clips. (Yay! I'm so glad my...fangirl enthusiasm isn't freaking you out).

I like Fantasy novels the most. Detective novels...I like them, but I'm picky. Very picky.

Cartoons are great, aren't they? Since posting this, I've discovered I'm not the only one that likes them. I used to be teased about it. XD Now I can say, "HA! I am not the only one!"

Oh! My room is overrun with books, but I don't have them throughout the house. I'm jealous! *_* I want a house full of books. They're are great, aren't they? A wonderful way to escape life for a couple hours.

Yes they are :) Some cartoons nowadays (at least where I live) are ridiculously stupid, and as a result I've kinda stopped watching them :/ I miss shows like the original Digimon, Code Lyoko, Xiaolin-Showdown, etc.

What I really want, is a house that has a large library room for all of my books, and it's got an alcove for me to read in, with pillows and blankets etc., like my own little sanctuary :D I'm a geek like that :)

Me too. I seem to be on a Linkin' Park/Three Days Grace track recently. *shrugs*

Okay:
1. I'm kinda doing a little bit of both :D I'm working right now, because it's summer, and I work at a campground in my town. I live in a tourist town, so we get loads of campers every summer, and our population practically triples just for these three months. They can be a right pain in the ass, but they bring in income, so I suppose it balances out ;)
I'm studying something along the lines of computer science, but I haven't really decided what yet, so I don't have a specific major.

2. No, actually. I love them both, and OP is my current active fandom, and these two are the only one's I've written for so far. I also love House M.D., and the House/Wilson pair; Stargate SG-1, pairings of JackxSam and DanielxVala; Stargate: Atlantis with the McShep pairing (McKay/Sheppard); Harry Potter, with DracoxHarry, RonxPansy, SnapexHermione, and NevillexLuna; FMA with RoyxEd; and Prince of Tennis with MomoRyo, TezuFuji, EijiOishi, and InuiKai. I also love reading stuff from Avatar:TLA, but I haven't really found a pairing I love there yet, so I've been reading gen stuff XD

3. I would wish that chocolate didn't make you fat :) I'm a chocoholic, and if I could eat it without the consequences it would bring, that would rock so hard XD

4. People who don't read signs, or just stupid people in general. When they don't pay attention to what's going on around them, and do things they clearly aren't supposed to be doing, it just pisses me off. (Okay, that was kinda confusing, so here's an example: at my campground, there are signs up telling you which lane to pull in-to. You only go into the left lane if you have a key-card and can get into the campground. You pull into the right lane if you need to get out of your car and enter the front office. People constantly pull into the left lane, realize they have no way to open the gate, park there, get out and come up to the office, stopping all traffic coming into the campground, and then get hemmed in by incoming campers. It just drives me crazy, because there are three signs leading up to the gates telling you which lane you should be in.) Wow, am I long-winded or what ;)

5. None that come to mind, actually. My best friend was scared of Puff the Magic Dragon, though :)

Oh, I've seen a lot of cartoons that are ridiculously stupid. I wonder what animators are thinking nowdays? I used to adore Code Lyoko.

A friend of mine and I described what the perfect room would be, and it included a fireplace, a couch and comfy chair, and nothing but books. XD

Linkin' Park is another good one, though I haven't heard many of their newer stuff.

Computers is a good field to go in - there's a lot of money there. Sounds like you have an interesting job. Do you get to meet people from all over the place, or do you only talk with them for a few minutes?

Ah, you like Snape/Hermione too? XD It was my favorite pairing (before I found yaoi). Roy/Ed is the best, but the rest of your fandoms I'm not really familiar with. I keep meaning to get into PoT, but I'm not really in to sports mangas.

1.because I collected manga.one piece is one of my precious collection.so,even though I also read op online,but I still buy the manga (which sadly,here in my country op manga kinda take tooooooooooooooooo long to publised the next new edition/tankoubon.so every op fans whose only depend in manga and didn't read through online,sometimes kinda left behind with the story...

2.well,because I just starting to have my own lj and write fanfic in the end of march 2008,then from that time until now,I'm only hanging around in op fandom,so yeah I guess op is my only fandom...would like to try naruto fandom someday...or not...honestly,I still not to sure about to try for another fandom...maybe yes,maybe no...well,kakashixiruka and kuroganexfye looks interesting enough...but again,I still not to sure about it...I don't know,maybe later...

1. Oh, I buy all the manga I read online and like! One Piece included. Here in the US, it's only up to the beginning of the Alabasta arc, which is soooo far behind. I feel your pain in the lateness of the publishing.

2. Ah! Well, Naruto is a good fandom to get into. It was the first fandom that I liked yaoi in. Kakashi/Iruka is my favorite Naruto pairing XD Kurogane/Fye is amazing! The series the two characters are from - Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles - is closely tied to another manga series I love. Oh, I'm sorry. >.< I'm getting all off-topic. Perhaps someday you'll join a couple other fandoms, although I sure won't complain if you stick with One Piece.
