1. Spending one night away from my computer makes me twitchy.
2. I dedicate myself to one specific fandom for a long time, and when I finally move on I always feel guilty.
3. I have never written something I am forever proud of.
4. I love my livejournal friends as much as I do my RL friends.
5. I love saying "crapcakes" whenever something goes wrong.
6. I always run out of interesting facts before I'm finished.
7. I *adore* podfics, but I can't listen to graphic fics. But I have no problem reading them....

I like your number 7. A lot. I find graphic fics funny outloud. I like making my computer's automated voice say them like a robot. I did it with Blood and Smokes once. I about died laughing. :D

"Crapcakes", huh? Mine is "F*cker" if I'm alone and "Conciencia!" if I'm in public. Kinda weird to use the Spanish word for "conscience" as a swearword, but it's satisfying. Particularly when I use it in its full form: "La reconciencia ortrográfica de editorial comunicarte!". It's full of powerful "r"s and if you only pay attention to my tone of voice few people realize that what I'm saying is basically the name of a not-much-loved book from the introductory course to uni. XD

"Fucker" is a classic :P Haha, I love how you have odd swear words in Spanish. I was telling a fried of mine about you, actually, because she's very interested in learning Spanish. She found it amusing that you use a book title as a swear word. That's pretty ingenius of you, since nobody would know you're swearing.

I also sometimes say "fuck, fuck, fuckity, fuck!" very quickly. ^^U

Well, I have a weird sense of humour, so I find using book titles as swearwords amusing. Though really, it's only that one book I use for nefarius purposes. XD

Good luck with that, dear. Just remember to add a lot of strength to your 'r's. That's the key to making that sound like a huge swearword. XD

if using "f*cker" I'm usually only muttering under my breath if the one I swear much older than me. just habbit. but, with my friends who understand english I can say it just normal, though in public I'm usually trying to held it still, so it's not say it aloud.

and with my friends who didn't talk english, I usually swear "sialan" or other indonesian's swearword :P.

Crapcakes is just saing "crap" but adding the word "cakes" at the end of it is just a way of making it more interesting. Like the word "awesomesauce".

"fucker" is a classic swear word, and I find it cool that it's used by people everywhere. Probably a good idea not to swear in public, yes? But it's cool that you have friends that know English XD Do you talk to each other in foreign languages often?

nah, I'm not talk much in english with my friends. usually we speak in our national language, indonesian language. or just speak in our traditional language, depend in our ethnic, like I'm java, so I speak sometimes with java language. and my friends who chinese also sometimes speak with chinese language.

there's also slang language, which spread through youngsters in my country who mostly lives in big city. in little city, they still tend to use traditional language.

and "sialan" almost the same like "damnitt", there's also "bajingan" which almsot the same like "bastard" in english.

I'm still amused at the creativity when everyone in here create something like "awesomesauce". is it only me, or this word actually sound naughty in the context of m/m relationship fanfiction? :P

1. I totally agree. If I can't be near my computer, Rodney knows it and rebels. He totally refused to start up the other day, after I'd had him off for longer than twelve hours. :/ Brat. Also, I fidget. It's not pretty. At one time, my brother walked in and I accidentally flung (flew?) a paperclip right at his head. *le sigh*

2. OMG me too!! It always feels like betrayal, when I get started on a new fandom. *looks at OP longingly* I still love all of my old fandoms, but there's just something about a shiny new one… I just can't help it.

3. Well, how long is your version of forever? We're all the worst critics of our own work, after all. :D

6. Not a huge fan, myself. I prefer reading to podfics. I don't really know why, it's just that sometimes I dislike the reader, and that makes me not like the story. *shrugs* IDEK.

1. Aww, Rodney just wants some love~ Perhaps if you pet him while he's off he won't rebel so badly? I have to chew on things, whether it's gum or a pen while I'm on the computer. HAHAHA, you say you did it accidentally, but I know the truth!

2. OMG YES, THANK YOU. I felt ridiculous for feeling bad for leaving a fandom -- it's not as though it cares. *joins you in staring at OP* I still love the characters and stuff, but...well. SGA, I love it so, and there's so much fic.

3. Mm, well I'm not happy with anything I've ever written and posted so far, so...I guess forever means as soon as I've posted it until this very moment?

7. Oh, reading is always better. But if I'm stuck on a bus and wishing for some fanfic to read, I can always put on my ipod and just listen :P YES, the reader does make all the difference. Luckily I haven't run across a reader I haven't liked.

Isn't John fine? I love this layout too, it's one of the best I've found. I WOULD LOVE A MCSHEP LAYOUT. But it's impossible to find one T_T

Yes, yes I do. XD It's getting longer by the day.

1. If you ask me, Rodney just likes being his temperamental self. *glares at laptop* But I love him anyway temper-tantrums and all. *whistles* I don't know what you're talking about, officer.

2. I know! I always feel like shit, but at the same time cannot resist reading absolutely everything I can get my hands on of the new fandom. And SGA is just made of awesome. I always come back and read more SGA fic, even when I'm involved in another fandom.

3. Me neither. I'm always reading through my work again and finding parts I think I should fix, and points to work on. *shrugs* I don't like editing it after I post though (major edits, like re-writes) because… well, I know I'll look back on my first attempts at writing and laugh my ass off. XD I'm sorta looking forward to it. <3

4. *Chopper-dance* Shut up, asshole!

5. XD I think my most common one is just "damn it!" Usually happens when I stub my toe, drop something fragile, etc. That or just plain "fuck". Although sometimes, I like to get creative. That usually ends with who ever's in the room looking at me like I've grown a second head. ;)

7. Definitely. I suppose with the right reader I wouldn't mind. Not sure if I could listen to smut, though. I'd probably blush bright red right there on the bus!

Oh, he is. Rodney is one lucky bastard indeed. OMG ME TOO!!! I would love to help you my dear, but unfortunately I'm terribly inept with coding and HTML, and manage to screw up already formatted files for layouts. *headdesk* It's safer for all concerned if I just use a ready-made, LJ-layout. You could always try any comms that work with layouts? Or (and I know these exist… somewhere) find a McShep author's LJ (like sheafrotherdon) and ask them? Sorry I'm not much help sweetie.

hey, jenn-san! just wanna say hi!... it's been a while, y'know :P

anyway, I like your rodney, with his character, he seems to think that he can have his master under his control. I think you handle him better than I am. once, when there's was a lots of paper works to be done, and my laptop suddenly got too heated and shut down, all I want just throwing it to the floor. thank God, there's a lot of people near me, so, I didn't do it.

and to do list!, I have that habbit, too. except, I have this bad habbit to write it down at a piece of paper and kept it at my jeans trouser pocket, for a couple of day, I remember to check and mark it everytime I done one of the list, but after that I totally forgot about the paper, and usually when I want to wash my jeans, and I check all of it's pocket, I found lots of bundle of used papers inside.

He does. He's such a brat, I just wanna yell at him and make him work right. ;_; That never works, though. He usually feels like being a little shit when I'm running late or behind on something, and occasionally when I'm working on a project. *glares* He's lucky I love him. *sighs*

I know how you feel! Whenever Rodney's in a snit or being difficult, I want nothing more than to throw him at the wall. Alas, I have yet to actually do it. On purpose, anyway. He fell off the bed last week, and slammed into my floor. >_> He's okay, but it was scary for a moment there. The impact made him go haywire and shut off immediately. It took me a few minutes to get him going again.

XD It's an off-and-on thing with me. There are times when I keep detailed lists, and always remember to check them often, crossing off finished projects. Usually though, I misplace the list or accidentally send them through the washer. ;) I'm forever pulling stuff out of my pockets, but sometimes I forget and there are little wet confetti pieces floating around in the dryer. *headdesk* I totally sympathize, dear.

Well... it's like, you can't help the way you're not so into the fandom any more, but you feel like you should be... or at least, I do. It's happened to me a lot. I'll be super into something and then my interest slowly wanes.

Hmmm... I don't think I always go all the way through my flist... because it's quite long. But last time I did. All the way back through 720 entries that I missed in the few weeks I was gone. @_@. 720 is as far back as it would let me go... I probably had more... but they're lost to me.

YES. Usually mine doesn't slowly wane though, it sort of just disappears as soon as a shiny new fandom is on the horizon. Which doesn't help with the guilt.

I'm sorry! I stopped reading ages ago, I was so tired -- I liked KHR the way it was in the beginning -- mostly crack with underlying serious themes. The future!arc was just battle after battle, with tiny scenes of humor.
