Help, Please

I wrote something for Christmas, but I have no idea how to post it in a community. I think I'm supposed to post it here first, and then...go the the community and cilck "Post" or something? 

Please help me. T_T I don't know what to do...

If you're writing in LJ's online posting page, up at the top there should be a little "Post to" drop-down menu (right above the userpic menu). If you have posting access to a community, when you click that menu the community should show up on it. Select it, and your post will go up on that community. Remember to LJ-cut fiction when you put it up! ^_^
