I feel like it's something I should have just brushed off, not gotten so hurt and upset over. That's all I meant about over-reacting. But you have an excellent point, and I really like that way of thinking. I'm going to try and think like that from now on :D

I so agree about just wanting to have a fun read. I mean, don't get me wrong, I jump from joy if I know there in an excellent 100k words story waiting for me, but I do the same about a 500 words silly little piece that will make me smile.

Exactly! I'm the same way. I like it all! I don't understand focusing on the fics you didn't like *shrug* But to each their own, you know?

(seriously, I'm keeping the links, but so far I've read so little of what you rec'ed us! .... which is great, makes the pleasure last longer :> )
