True, true. Something I need to keep in mind, I think! The post just seemed so merciless to me - rather than saying it just wasn't their thing, they went into detail about what they disliked about it. Chances are good I overreacted though, since I was tired and about ready for bed at the time I came across the post.

asjd;kf I'm so glad you're finding new things! The SGA fandom really is vast, and there's still so much I haven't read, even with my several years of fervid exploration :)

Oo, you're working on stuff too? That's always pleasant news indeed :D I've tried working on big fics before - 90% of my ideas are for long fics. But a new, shiny idea usually intrudes - which I then drop everything to work on - or I loose motivation for the one I'm currently working on :\ I'm hoping it doesn't happen with this fic, however!
