This will be in no particular order by day, since I'm typing this as I remember.

★ James Marsters is a sweetheart. He's really kind to his fans and takes the time to talk with them a little while signing pictures/memorabilia. He said I have a nice smile, which was an extremely nice thing to say. I was so flustered meeting him. He turned to look at the person next to me, so I figured we were done, so I walked away. I glanced back to find him looking at me, I think because he wanted to talk a little more. Oops? IDK.

★ Noah Hathaway and Gareth David-Lloyd are very cute in person. Hello sweeties <3

★ The Comic*Con volunteers didn't know what they were doing at first. Which worked to my advantage, actually. I had a general admissions ticket, plus a James Marsters concert ticket. I was directed by volunteers to go to the VIP booth(s) to get my concert ticket, and they gave me a VIP pass (which was good for 1 autograph, 1 photo op, and a concert ticket. It also meant I was first to get in to the convention and could go to the front of lines for autographs/panels). Once I had my VIP pass, however, it was just a source of frustration. Note: I did try to give the pass back, but the volunteer I talked to was like, "What? No, keep it. If it were me I wouldn't give it back."

★ There was a big mix-up with the Photo-ops. A photographer accidentally walked off with the memory card that had 200 pictures stored on it, which caused a delay in getting the other pictures printed. The staff ended up staying way past closing time to get everything printed off, which was very dedicated of them. There was a very cute staff member working :P

Excellent cosplaying. There was a person there dressed as Jack Sparrow that looked exactly like Johnny Depp's character. They had the walk and the mannerisms, and from my far away viewpoint, their facial structure was eerily similar. I saw Metal Gear's Snake, several Luffy's from One Piece, Ash from Evil Dead, zombies, Batman (and Robin) & various enemies, and so many other fantastic costumes. Well done, everyone :)

★ James (whom I was really there to see, since nobody else really thrilled me) was great in his panel. He was shorter than I thought he'd be, but he was adorable and really funny. He's not easily embarrassed, and a member of the crowd managed to do it with one question (what is your guilty pleasure band? his answer: the Partridge Family). He said that the scene where Spike sexually assaults Buffy was really difficult for him to do, that he was shaking while waiting for the scene to begin and would sit alone that day of filming.

★ James told all the guys in the crowd who were there to accompany their girlfriends that he understood what they were going through, because his wife is a Trueblood fan and he has to deal with her drooling over other men too.

★ James really enjoyed working with Alex O'Loughlin on Hawaii Five-O. He said Alex was dedicated and optimistic. Alex is certified as a stunt coordinator in Australia, and James is certified in stage stunts, so they would freak out the producers by actually doing their own stunts. "I can almost keep up with Alex," he said. Apparently in the season 2 pilot, Hesse and McGarrett have a fight scene. The scene called for McGarrett to jump up into the air and kick Hesse in the chest with both feet, but they wanted to call in the stuntmen for that scene. Just before they started filming, Alex walked up to James and said, "Fuck that. Let's do it." So when Alex reached the point where he was supposed to stop so the two stuntmen could come in, he continued: he jumped into the air and kicked James in the chest, causing him to go flying. "It hurt pretty bad," James said. But he was grinning, so I think he liked it :P

James bragged that he could do any accent. What he meant was that he could do any accent in audition, then he'd research it and practice before the actual filming. But the producer or somebody changed Victor Hesse's accent from British to Irish at the last second, so his was really bad. He convinced the people that he could go back and dub it, and they did. When James returned to set, Alex sat down in front of him, clapped his hands, and said, "So let's hear it." Alex can do accents really well, too, and can do a really good Irish accent. So he judged James' accent as "pretty good". (Alex's skill with accents is obvious going by his American one. I had no idea he was Australian until I saw an interview).

★ Someone asked him about what kissing John Barrowman was like :P James said the first time he bit Barrowman. "I was playing someone who hadn't seen the one he loved for 300 years," he'd said. "So I was trying to be eager and get right to it. I think he was expecting me to shy away." He said John was like O.O "You bit me." Apparently James' then-girlfriend-now-wife was directing the kiss between them, and kept asking them to re-do it. So James had to kiss John like, five times. The way James tells it, she really liked watching the two of them kiss, and the producer was too amused to stop her.

★ James admitted his British accent was really bad at first. Eventually Anthony Stewart Head took him aside and said, "We don't say it like that, you prat." (Apparently IRL Anthony is closer to a Spike personality rather than a Giles). So Anthony coached James on his accent. They spent three days alone on the correct pronunciation of "Bullocks."

★ The Willy Wonka reunion was interesting. The show never got big in Germany, so the guy who played Augustus Gloop had no idea that it was so huge in the United States until about 20 years after the movie was made, when he got a phone call from someone wanted him to appear in a convention. The guy was apparently really excited that he'd finally found the person who played Augustus Gloop. Only one of the people acted again, however. The others have very normal jobs. They all enjoyed working with Gene Wilder, and they actually met Roald Dahl, who was a "prickly sort of fellow" who didn't like children :P

★ They were selling David Hewlett's autograph, but I didn't have enough to buy it :(

★ I read a post about Nicholas Brendon before I went to Comic*Con that made me think he was going to be a douche. But he was really funny and sweet. With each autograph he was giving the fan a free hug. He's bigger than I thought he'd be. His smile is beautiful though. He was there with his twin, Kelly Donovan. Their panel was hilarious, and Nicholas briefly talked about how he was aware some people shipped him with Giles :D Fans almost mentioned Spike/Xander, so now he's aware of that. He said Anthony is moving a block away from him, and that it was hilarious to watch Anthony and Sarah Michelle get drunk on gin while remaining sober.

That's all I can think of, at the moment :)
