This is the scene from Tao of Rodney, where Rodney collapses and John helps him into bed; the picture has been turned sideways. I adore that episode, and that scene makes my heart pound. John's not one for showing emotion, but Rodney dying always seems to get to him, in a way not much does. The quote below it is from a poem that I found on weheartit. John would do anything for someone he loves, and it's pretty much canon that John is in love with Rodney.

Pretty!John. I love the look of this icon, how it looks as though the picture is scratched. The colors chosen are beautiful and contrast nicely with John's dark clothes. The line I have below the icon is a quote from a Johnny Cash song, which is fitting in more ways than one.

After talking to me, it becomes obvious pretty quickly that I have a huge crush on David Hewlett, who is this cute, hilarious man who is fond of his fans and is a devoted father to his adorable son. I follow him on twitter and I browse his youtube often, and I post/reblog loads of pictures on my tumblr :)

When Stargate: Atlantis was canceled, Joe Flanigan and David Hewlett shared a hug. Since I ship their characters so hard, any picture of them hugging makes me flail and squeak. There's actually a .gif of them hugging, which I know I have saved. I like the blank background, all the better to focus on the hug XD It makes me happy to think that outside of the show, the cast has remained friends.

I have a fondness for scruffy!men. I don't know why, but men always seem that much more attractive to me with it. Joe Flanigan is insanely hot all by himself, but Joe Flanigan + scruff is something I'm helpless against. And it shows his hair, which I want to touch so badly. Just nngh.

Date: 2010-12-01 05:40 am (UTC)ECCLESCAKES. 8D I do believe I was talking to you when I found the wikipedia page (I had just been looking at pages categorized as "blood as food" so I needed a pallet cleanser), and I sent you the link and I was like "LOL ECCLESCAKES, AND IT EVEN MENTIONS ECCLESTON DOWN AT THE BOTTOM" and then I knew I had to 'shop his face onto some. And so, this icon was born.
This is from when ONTD_ST had been taken over by the Terran Empire, and people were sending in pictures of themselves with evil!beards. I had done one, and sent it, but then I realized putting facial hair on this picture of my eye would make it my "evil eye." And I couldn't resist the pun.
Bondage tiems!Elevensie. Because Doctor Who is full of people who seem to love taking the Doctor and/or his companions hostage and tying them up.
Especially the Master, but then that's no surprise...This is Merlin, chillin' on a tree root 'cause he's badass like that and just lies down where ever the fuck he wants. And then I thought it looked kinda plain on it's own, so I used this Gallifreyan brush set I got off DA (but I can't remember who made it, because I'm dumb like that and I didn't favorite it) and I thought this one looked the nicest.
So, this is a thing that happened on Heroes. No, I did not shop it at all, Peter and Sylar really stood that close to each other. Not to mention, they were trapped in a nightmare together by Matt Parkman (Telepathic cop. Peter wasn't meant to get sucked in, though.) that made every hour feel like a year, and they were all alone in an abandoned NYC. For years. And there was
phallic imagerysledgehammers and this big brick wall that they had to break down to get out of the nightmare, which only broke when Peter forgave Sylar for killing people (including his older brother) and then they went and saved the world and Sylar was a good guy and skjdfghdkjkljfdg. Excuse me, I think I need a moment... *weeps at the indescribable beauty that is their bromance*This is John Simm in the Confidential for EoT. I don't remember what he was talking about when this happened, but I had seen a gif of this and was like ASKJHJSKDFH MUST MAKE ICON OF SLEAZING!SIMM!MASTER.
