bookshop has re-posted her locked McShep Primer, which is made up of awesome and kickass.

Awesome! I hadn't realized she'd locked it, but I'm glad it's available again. It's been a while since I revisited it. *refrains from the distraction* The only problem I had with this post is how much she calls the show stupid. I just. *hrmph*

The one post that's gone now that I wish were still around is "Czech Psychology and Tabula Rasa Meta", which used to be on the

welovezelenka community. OMG that post and its ensuing commentary just floored me. It was all Zelenka-related, and it was made of SO MUCH WIN.

I only realized she locked it when I went to link to it over at my McShep tumblr. I was extremely disappointed. Now that it's unlocked, I am taking no chances and have kept a copy :D

The only problem I had with this post is how much she calls the show stupid. I just. *hrmph*

A surprising number of people have felt this way, sadly. I remember reading this one girl confess that she watches the show only so she can be a part of the fandom - she doesn't care for the episodes, but she needs to know what's going on so she can better understand the fics. Another girl I met said she hasn't seen a single episode, she just loves the fic.

I love the show. I think the show and the fic just make each other better together.

YESSSSSS. I'm sure I had it saved somewhere in my bookmarks, but I didn't even remember what it was called! So thank you!!! :-D I love that post ever so much.

And it's very sad that post is gone. :-( There was all this awesome meta and evidence that Zelenka had been in the Czech military and that he was a resistance fighter, all b/c of how Nykl played the role in that episode, and just. So much Zelenka love, it was beautiful. I miss it so!

It makes me really sad that the post isn't there anymore. I'd try and use the way back machine to find it, but that site doesn't work on LJ, I think :(

Oh, if only I'd taken screencaps! I need to learn to take the time and do that sometimes, when it's really important, instead of just bookmarking and hoping I'll remember to come back to it. *le sigh*

I've lost posts before because the poster friend-locked or deleted their account. It *sucks* - it's why I have copies saved to my google documents of various fics/posts.
