Chrestomanci is a series also by Diana Wayne Jones'. There's six books, though I've only read Charmed Life, The Lives of Christopher Chant, and The Magicians of Caprona. Charmed Life and The Lives of Christopher Chant are sooooo good. *nod* I recommend them! Wikipedia Chrestomanci article, if you're interested, sorry for babbling about it if you don't care :(

White and Black is a manga about two angels - ones with white wings, and ones with black wings. Eventually the black winged Angels are doomed to die and go to hell, or something. But a White Angel and a Black Angel fall in love, and...and...it's just so good. I want to own it soooo bad, but I can't order from Amazon.com *shrug* Ah well. I WILL GET IT SOMEDAY!

i couldn't find cute beast anywhere. D: we did have spell on the computer, though, which was pretty good. ahahah;lfjd no, it's more like "dee meets ryu, falls madly in lust, ryu meets dee, falls madly in horror", which then leads to dee trying to get into ryu's pants and gradually falling in love with him, and ryu gradually starting to like him in return. it's just so crack. xDD the actual smexxing comes in the last volume, too, so there's some actual plotty plot there, too. :DD
