Yeah, it's difficult. You have to measure your bust, shoulder width, arm length, etc. And the chart is in centimeters, so you might have to convert to that if you measured in inches...SIGH. It's a whole pain in the butt process. But I think it's worth it~

Buy (or borrow?) a measuring tape. You have to measure your bust size, shoulder width, arm length. The chart is in centimeters, so you may have to convert if you measure yourself in inches. And then you select the size that is closest to yours.
